Este sábado foi um dia em cheio o segundo dia de competição do The Drug Aware Margaret River Pro - 2ª etapa do World Tour da WSL. Pelo caminho, com vem sendo habitual este ano, algumas surpresas não esperadas, como a eliminação de Kelly Slater às mãos de Leo Fioravanti ou até mesmo a de Dusty Payne frente a Adrian Buchan numa bateria super disputada (18.00 vs. 17.93 pontos). 

O alinhamento da ronda 3 ficou assim definida e aguardam-se alguns confrontos excitantes, como o heat 1, que opõe o líder do ranking, Matt Wilkinson, a Matt Banting; o heat 6, entre Adriano de Souza e o wildcard sensação Leo Fioravanti; ou ainda o heat 11 entre John John Florence e Caio Ibelli. 

A competição deve regressar hoje à água, com o call a acontecer às 24h (horário em Portugal).
